We're excited to have you all back at school this fall! We have been waiting to return to in-person classes and now it is finally here. Live in the moment and enjoy being back on campus this semester!
To keep up with all things McKay School stay caught up on our new blog posts that go out EVERY WEEK! In the meantime, here are 4 tips for the beginning of the school year:
Take care of yourself. With many of us taking online classes this semester it's going to be all the more important to be mindful of our mental health. BYU's Counseling and Psychological Services has a 30 day Mental Health challenge, go and try it out!
Don't forget this app. BYU is having the entire campus community download the Healthy Together App. So don't forget to have it ready to go! For more info click on the link.
Zoom Tip (if you have any online classes or prefer to meet with people virtually). Did you know that you have your own personal Zoom link through your BYU account? Just log in to Zoom through BYU with the SSO option. Then choose the "Meetings" option in the header and click "upcoming" on the left side to get your personal Zoom link. You won't have to create a new link every single time you need to meet with someone, just use your personal Zoom link.
Follow us on Instagram. Nowadays everything is going virtual and so are the Student Ambassadors. Give us a follow on Instagram (@byumckayschool), where we will be highlighting students from the McKay school, answering questions and keeping you all up to date on the happenings at the school.
We hope this semester will help us return to normal here in Provo. We can all still stay connected and aware of each other through technology or in person! So, call up a friend or get together with them. Stay safe while staying connected this semester! Good luck Cougars!
