Social Media Recap

Lately, our Instagram has been POPPING OFF! We wanted to share with you some of the things that we've been posting.

Our Instagram is a great place to learn the ins and outs of the McKay School! For everyone who has no idea how to get fingerprints taken and a background check, we are here for you! We created this reel on Instagram so that you know what to do and where to go.

We also launched our "For the Benefit of the World" campaign this semester! We've asked students in the McKay School to let us know how the have been a benefit for the world. This has then been complied into one interactive map! Check it out here!

If you would like to add to the map, watch this video to learn how!

All of us at the McKay know that our real voice and our "teacher voice" are quite different. We went around the McKay School and asked future teachers to give us a taste of their "teacher voice." The results are hilarious!

If you want to check it out, watch it here!

We were also blessed to have Brother Corbitt, the first counselor in the Young Men General Presidency, come and speak to students of the McKay School. His focus was addressing feelings of belonging and how, as a Church, we can make a greater effort to welcome all to the body of Christ.

To read what the student ambassadors' like about his address, read our recap blog post here!

At BYU we are blessed to have Christ at the center of our learning. We went around campus and asked students what they have learned about teaching from the Master Teacher.

It is amazing to hear what people had to say about what Jesus Christ has taught them.

Instagram is a great place to see what students in the McKay School are doing, get teacher tips, and learn about clubs/events. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date!
